The starting price of this famous Aston Martin will make your eyes water

Aston Martins are expensive at the best of times, but this model going the under the hammer will be something else.
One of the British-made sports cars, which goes to auction in July, is set to sell for over $1.7 million.
It’s the 1965 DB5. The model driven by Pierce Brosnan in the James Bond Goldeneye movie.
Director of Auction House Bonhams Sholto Gilbertson tells Ross Greenwood the interest has been astounding.
“We’ve had international interest coming from the States, from Australia, from even South America.
“There’s lots of interest coming in from the Bond connection.”
Mr Gilbertson tells Ross most of the 1965 models are tough to buy, with many locked up in museums.
“We have estimated for the auction at £1.2 million to £1.6 million. We expect it to be making the middle of that.
“But with the auction environment, you just don’t know.”
