Australian Actress Emmy Dougall is the only woman to star in a new Australian war film.

Danger Close: The Battle of Long Tan tells the story of the soldiers who fought in the iconic Battle of Long Tan during the Vietnam War.

22-year-old Emmy tells Ben Fordham she has met veterans from the Vietnam War during the making of the film.

“I’m truly honoured to be apart of it.

“I remember getting the audition brief and listening to the song for the first time and thinking ‘oh my goodness how is she doing this?'”
