A North Sydney commuter has recounted to Chris O’Keefe the chilling moment when a large group of men in balaclavas stormed a train before a swift police operation took place.

“This isn’t normal!” he told Chris as he described the harrowing experience.

Meanwhile, police have confirmed that an operation is currently underway in North Sydney, leading to the evacuation of all commuters from the train.
