Chris Smith has welcomed a very special guest into the studio for Good Tucker this week.

Today, the award-winning cooking author and Food Safari host Maeve O’Meara is talking all things seafood.

The latest series of the popular cooking show, Food Safari Water, delves beneath the surface to discover how different cultures treat sea creatures.

And Maeve is sharing some of the top tips she’s picked up along the way.

“Most Australians have not tasted fish the way it should be,” Maeve tells Chris.

“Most people really aren’t confident with cooking seafood which is something that is easily corrected and television is a great teacher when it comes to food.”

Maeve reveals how to cook the perfect fish fillet and weighs in on the best fish and chip recipe.
