A teenager is in hospital after he was stabbed at a shopping centre in Sydney’s west.

Just after 8 o’clock last night, four men approached the 18-year-old on the fourth level of a shopping centre.

The 18-year-old was stabbed in the back and the alleged attackers ran off.

He suffered a punctured lung and remains at Westmead Hospital in a stable condition.
