A tech expert is warning a Twitter security breach could still pose a scam risk, even though bank details weren’t stolen.

A hacker is claiming to have obtained the data of 400 million Twitter users, including former Prime Minister Scott Morrison.

Trevor Long told John Stanley hackers can do a lot of damage with only limited information.
