Sydneysiders spotted a rocket from China in our skies last night.

The rocket was launched from China’s Xichang Satellite Launch Center and spotted about 8pm in Sydney skies.

ANU Space Expert Brad Tucker told Ben Fordham the rocket came as a surprise.

“It was essentially exhaust from the second rocket that China launched yesterday.”
