The NRMA is calling for patience as pothole patch-ups can’t begin until the rain stops.

The Roads Minister has ordered a pothole audit but admits it will take a “long time to get them fixed”.

NRMA’s Peter Khoury told Ben Fordham burst and flat tires are rife.

“In some cases, members are having thousands of dollars of damage done to their vehicle because that’s how severe the potholes have gotten.”
