Ben Fordham Live has been sent a video of a Sydneysider defying the total fire ban in place as bushfires rage across the state.
There are heavy penalties for people caught throwing lit cigarette butts from cars during days of Total Fire Ban.
The driver was caught by a 2GB listener in Taren Point.
