A home in Marrickville has been dubbed ‘Sydney’s most shocking home’.

The property, which goes to auction later this month, has an interior littered with pieces of crumbling ceiling and wall plaster.

There’s paint peeling off the walls, the ceiling is falling in, and there are holes in the floor.

Dean Vasil from Ray White, who is selling the home, told Jim Wilson there has been a fair amount of interest in the property.

“There is a lot of work which needs to be done, but we have had a lot of enquiries.”
