A group of Sydney restaurants are willing to spend up to $1 million to secure new staff.
Sydney Restaurant Group is offering a $5,000 sign-on payment to all new employees ahead of the summer season
Director Daniel Drakopoulos told Ben Fordham the move is reflective of the times we’re in.
“We’re willing to pay.”
