Sydney man wronged by ICAC takes fight to United Nations
A Sydney businessman is taking his fight against the NSW ICAC to the United Nations.
Charif Kazal has been trying to clear his name for 11 years after he was ruled to be corrupt over his involvement in a tender at The Rocks.
But ICAC determined there was insufficient evidence to refer the case to the DPP.
Mr Kazal told Ben Fordham he’s received no help from the NSW government to hold ICAC to account.
“This is a great injustice, everyone knows it.”
He’s explained his case before the United Nations.
