Sydney house prices to soar within a year

A new report is forecasting a rise of up to 9 per cent for Sydney houses by June next year despite the threat of a looming recession.
The median house price in Sydney sits at around $1.46 million, but that could rise by a further $140,000 according to a new report by Domain.
