Sydney tourism businesses have been dealt another blow as COVID-19 leads to a slate of cancellations.

Blue Mountains’ Scenic World Managing Director Anthea Hammon told Deborah Knight they’ve lost nearly 50 per cent of bookings for the first week of school holidays.

“A really big impact on what’s been an already pretty tough 18 months for our family business.”
