We’re throwing our support behind a 2GB listener who’s currently dealing with a major health battle.

Anna, a local mum, reached out to 2GB about her son, Tom, who is fundraising for Myeloma Australia.

This follows Anna’s own diagnosis with Multiple Myeloma on Christmas Eve last year. In a few weeks, she will undergo a stem cell transplant. Anna is currently losing her hair due to chemotherapy treatment.

In a show of support, Tom, known for his blonde Afro, has shaved off his curls to raise awareness for the disease and support much-needed research.
