We’re getting right behind 19-year-old Luke Braund, who next Wednesday is taking on an epic challenge by attempting to run 100 kilometres in one day!
He’s doing it to raise money for men’s mental health, because on the 10th of November, the issue became personal.
One of his mates, Johannes Logan, took his own life, and it shook Luke and his friends to the core.
Now, he’s decided to turn this tragedy into a chance to raise funds and awareness.
Luke has dubbed his 100-kilometre challenge ‘Laps for Logan’.
He’s aiming to raise $20,000 for Movember. He has already raised $15,000!
