Steve Price is ditching the studio for a one night only performance, and you’ll never guess in what

Of all the things Steve Price might do now that he’s out of the jungle, you wouldn’t think a stage role in Priscilla, Queen of the Desert would be one of them.

But you’d be wrong.

He shares the exclusive news with Ross Greenwood.

“On Friday, April 6, I will be appearing in Priscilla, Queen of the Dessert in a major role, one-off, one-night performance.

“I’m not sure it’s going to drive tourism, but it might drive a few people mad,” he says.

He’ll be downing three different costumes and tells Ross there will be “some dancing involved”.

Ross: “Woah, woah back up. You can’t dance! I know that for a fact.

“You can barely speak after nine at night, so how on earth are you going to go with a dancing role where you’ve got to speak?”

Listen to the Ross’ chat with Steve below

Steve will appear in Melbourne’s showing of the Priscilla, Queen of the Desert at Regent Theatre.
