Cumberland Councillor Steve Christou has shared details into Labor’s actions and handling over bullying complaints.

Mr Christou has hit out at Labor accusing the party of sweeping complaints under the carpet and black-listing staff who speak out.

Councillor Christou told Jim Wilson the bullying he suffered was “traumatic”.

“No other workplace can people bully and harass somebody and keep their job.

“[Bullying] is more prevalent in the Labor Party.”
