The NSW government is urging residents to use their Stay NSW vouchers before they expire.

The $50 vouchers are reserved for accommodation and expire on October 9.

All NSW residents 18 years and over are able to access the scheme.

NSW Customer Service Minister, Victoria Dominello, told Jim Wilson he expects there to be a “mad rush” to access the scheme.

“So far 636,000 vouchers have been used, but that’s out of 2.1 million,” he said.

“So there’s still a bit to go.”
