A son has shared his heart-wrenching story to call for urgency on the debate over voluntary assisted dying laws.

Bertie Daniel’s father, Lawrie, took his own life after years of suffering with multiple sclerosis.

He sent his family on a holiday and took his own life when Bertie was just 15-years-old.
