Earlier this week Ben Fordham had a massive breakthrough in his campaign for NDIS funding.

Parents Rob and Vanita were told if they want funding for their two severely disabled children to continue, they have to relinquish control of their children and make them wards of the state.

Social Services Ministers Dan Tehan confirmed to Ben on Monday the funding is guaranteed indefinitely.

Speaking with Ben today the Social Services Minister thanks him for his campaign.

“Can I just thank you and all your listeners for the campaign that you had on behalf of Jordan and Olivia and bringing the case to our attention.

“It wouldn’t have happened if it hadn’t been for you.

“It is a great result that we have been able to resolve it.”
