22-year-old Jarryd Hughes will carry the Australian flag into the Winter Olympics Closing Ceremony on Sunday.

Hughes, who won the silver medal in the Snowboard Cross despite a five knee reconstructions, will lead the 2018 Australian Olympic Team into the ceremony.

He later described the entire experience as “quite a ride”.
