The Silver Salties meet every Wednesday morning for an ocean swim and have created an unbreakable bond within the group. 

The group swim in Cronulla and go for a coffee together after every session.

Member of the Silver Salties, Liz McIlvride, told Chris O’Keefe on 2GB Drive, “The ladies who run it are so patient and really helpful, and have helped all of us achieve goals we never thought we would be able to achieve.”
