Clinton has called on Telstra to do better after the Telco confirmed customers would have to reach out to the company in order to receive any compensation.

The 2GB Sydney Now host says it’s nowhere near enough from a company that can definitely afford to compensate customers.

“There’s talk now of lawyers taking a class action, but it shouldn’t get to this point … it’s an arrogant response from Telstra; it shows just how little they really care about their customers,” he said.
