Shadow Minister Scott Farlow has criticised Premier Chris Minns’ plan to rezone Woollahra for high-density housing, calling it a “short-term solution” that ignores the bigger picture.

Farlow argues that putting up to 10,000 new homes in the area will not solve the housing crisis and will fundamentally change the suburb’s character.
