Shadow Minister for Government Services Paul Fletcher has shied away from blaming Scott Morrison for Robodebt.

Fletcher told Chris O’Keefe it wasn’t Morrison at fault, instead pointing reluctantly towards unnamed bureaucrats.

“I see nothing, is that what you’re saying? Yes, minister!”, O’Keefe probed.
