The Shadow Emergency Services Minister has said a lack of coordination and mixed messaging has caused the government to bungle the state’s flood response yet again.

Jihad Dib said there are “too many captains” for one ship in relation to the handling of the flood crisis.

He told Jim Wilson “Who’s actually In charge here?”
