Business NSW is calling for the end of close contact isolation, suggesting the mandatory period should be replaced with a rapid test.

Workers in transport, emergency services and the media are among those who are exempt from the rules, but those in hospitality are not.

Earlier this month, the NSW Premier had told Ben Fordham Live he was reviewing the close contact isolation rules.

“Premier, what are you waiting for?” Ben said, “Release the handbrake and get the place moving again.”
