St George Illawarra Dragons Chairman Craig Young has confirmed there are plans to honour the icon through the 2022 NRL season.

Craig Young told Jim Wilson, “There will be a game where we will honour him”.

A fitting farewell for ‘Chook’ was held today at Sydney Cricket Ground and Mr Young said “It was a great celebration”.

“There was a great crowd there… and it was a very fitting farewell”.
