The RSPCA is encouraging neighbours concerned for the welfare of animals to reach out to owners before filing complaints.

Listener Aziz had called in with concerns over a neighbour’s puppy.

Now, the 10-week old bull arab cross puppy Lexi has visited Ben Fordham in-studio.

 

RSPCA CEO Steve Coleman told Ben Fordham “this is the luckiest pup in the world”, cared for by a loving family.

“The reason that pup was pining yesterday – the kids had just gone to school.”
