Have you been bitten by a tick lately?
If you have, and you live on the Northern Beaches or North Shore, you’re being urged to come forward to researchers!
Northern Sydney Local Health District, NSW Health Pathology, in collaboration with The University of Sydney, are conducting research to assess individuals bitten by ticks.
Clinical microbiologist and infectious diseases physician, Bernard Hudson joined Joe Hildebrand to explain tick bites and why the research is so important.
