Jason Willoughby, CEO of Squadron Energy, has defended renewable energy companies from the explosive claims made by Paul Broad.

Renewable energy came under fire by Broad, who believed the 2030 target was “bullsh*t” in an interview with Ben Fordham.

Willoughby calls upon his years of experience in the energy sector to prove the industry knows what it is doing and rejects the comments of Broad.

“I’ve been building projects in the energy sector for over twenty years. I know what it takes to build them, I know how long it takes to build them,” Willoughby told Chris O’Keefe. “I’m telling you, 82% renewable energy by 2030 is absolutely achievable”.
