Ray Hadley has criticised pro-Palestine activists marching in the Mardi Gras pride celebrations, considering the strict prohibition of same-sex couples in Palestinian territories.

“So off they go to march in this democratic society in which we live, in support of a regime which won’t tolerate their lifestyle”, Ray said.

UPDATE: A gay Jewish man has told Ray Hadley that he is opting out of this year’s pride celebrations amid fears of identification following the organisation’s inclusion of pro-Palestine supporters.
