Ray Hadley honours all Australians and New Zealanders who served and died in all wars, conflicts and peacekeeping operations, as well as his beloved grandfather, Thomas Raymond Dixon.

Ray is seen showing replicas of his grandfather’s medals, which his grandfather earned after returning from the Middle East during World War II.

“It’s a day of commemoration and celebration,” said Ray.
