NSW representative Hudson Young’s contract negotiations with the Raiders are at a standstill after the club took a four-year mega deal off the table.

Canberra Raiders captain Joseph Tapine joined Sports Today and opened up about Hudson Young’s contract saga, saying he’s been in contact with the star second-rower and that he’s a “big part” of the club’s plans.

“I’ve been talking to him over the past couple of months… It’s a huge decision,” Tapine said.
