Qantas helps Aussie family with flights for daughter’s surgery

South Coast resident Chris reached out to Michael McLaren after his Qantas Frequent Flyer points expired, meaning he needed to drive his young family to Brisbane to visit a surgeon.

Qantas found this unacceptable, and has stepped in to help the family.
