The Federal Court has ordered Qantas to pay a substantial $90 million fine for its unlawful decision to outsource its ground handling workforce in 2020.

Aviation journalist Robyn Ironside discussed the culmination of the five-year-long legal battle, which was ultimately upheld by the High Court and resulted in a landmark decision against the airline.
