A passionate Mark Levy has questioned whether the Roosters forward Victor Radley should’ve received a severe punishment after he was handed a 10-game suspension and required to pay $30,000 toward medical research.

Radley will not be paid for those 10 games out.

With Radley not facing any criminal charges and only coming under fire for his private text messages being leaked following the saga involving former teammate Brandon Smith, Levy questioned whether there was enough merit in him receiving a punishment.
