Prison staff strike – Union demands Immediate review of sentence for bashing officers
Prison officers have walked off the job across New South Wales, prompting an urgent hearing in the Industrial Relations Commission.

The Corrective Services Commissioner is seeking a review of a decision on the man’s parole, and the government says prosecutors are considering appealing the sentence.
