NSW Premier Dominic Perrottet has denied his Treasurer is undermining him over comments relating to Liberal candidate Katherine Deves.

Matt Kean called for Ms Deves to be disendorsed after her comments about transgender people where she compared her advocacy for women’s sports to the holocaust.

But Mr Perrottet was part of the committee that chose Ms Deves to contest the seat of Warringah.

“I don’t believe Matt Kean has undermined me,” the Premier told Ben Fordham.
