‘Position untenable’: Dutton takes aim at Qld Premier over bizarre youth crime response
Opposition Leader Peter Dutton has told Ray Hadley he believes the position of Queensland Premier Steven Miles is now “untenable” after he was captured displaying some peculiar facial expressions while responding to a question about the state’s youth crime crisis.
“I think when the union bosses picked Steven Miles as the successor to Annastacia Palaszczuk, they knew that he wasn’t up to the job,” he said.
Meanwhile, Ray also spoke with the husband of murdered Ipswich grandmother, Vyleen White, who died after she was stabbed in a random attack outside a shopping centre.
He responded to the Premier’s disturbing press conference.
