Police Minister David Elliott is urging protesters to accept a court ruling outlawing a Black Lives Matter protest planned for tomorrow.

The organisers are lodging an appeal, threatening to go ahead with the protest regardless of the outcome.

Mr Elliott told Ben Fordham this is not the time for mass gatherings.

“Accept the decision and don’t put yourself in danger.”
