The NSW Police Commissioner’s 96 kilometre Kokoda Trek is drawing near!

Commissioner Mick Fuller will take part in the two week Papua New Guinea Trek from next week to raise money for the families of fallen officers.

Mr Fuller tells Ben Fordham he has given up alcohol and caffeine as part of his training regime.

“I think it’s as much about the mental fitness as it is about the physical fitness.

“I’m doing it in amazing gear. When you think what our diggers did it in that really highlights what courage they showed.”
