Wool growers vote to reduce levy
Wool growers have voted to reduce the levy they pay to Australian Wool Innovation to 1.5 percent.
For the first time, Wool Poll had to go to preferences with neither 1.5 or 2 percent reaching the required 50 percent.
After three rounds of preferences of the more than 13,000 votes, the 1.5 option received 52.8 percent of the vote.
