Imagine it’s just after 5 on a Friday, and the weekend has begun, but your boss calls.

What do you do?

Starting August 26, new legislation may allow some employees to reject out-of-hours contact if it’s unreasonable.

These “Right to Disconnect” laws, developed over the past two decades in response to stress and burnout, aim to protect workers’ mental health.

But how do they work?  Who benefits? And what loophole might still force you to take that call?  Employment Lawyer Nick Marouchak joins Clinton to explain.
