Victorian Liberal Nationals are refer four departmental secretaries to IBAC

The Victorian state government, lead by Dan Andrews the ALP premier, has spent $1 million of Victorian tax payers money to fund an advertising campaign aimed at having a crack at the federal government and their expenditure in Victoria.

In essence, it’s a state government campaigning against a federal government.
