Birds annually cause severe damage to farming crops, destroy rooftops, create unsafe situations at airports and transmit over 60 different diseases. Now lasers are being used as a humane, sustainable and proven method to assist in the reduction of damage and disease caused by birds. Michelle Kerr, from Bird Beam Laser Control, spoke to the Two Murrays about the new technology.
