UK exports strong in wake of China tariffs

Australian wine exports fell by 10 percent in the past financial year, as a result of effectively market closing tariffs introduced by China in November.

There has been a shift to other markets, with exports to the U-K increasing by 23 percent in value, and the rest of Europe increasing by 18 percent.

Rural reporter Eddie Summerfield caught up with Wine Australia General Manager Rachel Triggs to find out more.
