Trophy fish wanted
Researchers are scouting pubs and museums along the Murray Darling river system searching for mounted Murray Cod.
It’s hoped the trophy fish can unlock the ecological history of the basin, and help to better manage its population.
So far more than 300 have been found, some weighing in at more than 45 kilograms.
