The Mustang for men’s mental health

If the COVID global pandemic has brought along any positives, it has been breaking down the stigma around discussing mental health.

The Top Blokes Foundation alongside Sydney entrepreneur and philanthropist Sheona Devin have a beautifully restored 1965 Mustang Fastback up for grabs.

The brainchild of Sheona, the Mustang was donated in honour of her father Mike – a vintage car lover who endured through his own mental health challenges.

Through a mutual love for cars Mike found solace and a place to work through his battles.

Sheona joins John Stanley to share her story and how it’s never too late to start talking about your mental health.
